The lodge and the winery building are located in the center of the village, in the “Deçan” neighborhood of Hoça e Madhe. It has been property of the Dečani Monastery since the time of King Dušan. The building is constructed with a ground floor and an upper floor. The ground-floor part is used for wine. The other part is the storage for agricultural tools. The upper floor is a guest house. In the courtyard of the lodge are the old buildings where the grapes are collected and the preparation of wine and rakia begins.
