Built in 2019 in honour of those who fell for freedom in the municipality of Rahovec. An investment of the Municipality of Rahovec. It is located in the Protected Zone at a point visible from the Prizren – Gjakova main road and from Xerxë – Klina.
The complex is surrounded by a stone wall, while the buildings inside the complex are built of concrete and clad with stone. The complex consists of a tower-museum (kulla), an amphitheatre, an obelisk (memorial complex) and the cemetery (the burial place of the martyrs). The environment is well maintained, accompanied by the walking trail, a trail that leads you to the Tibetan Bridge, from where the gorge (canyon) of the White Drin and the Ura e Fshajtë (Holy Bridge) can be seen. On the sides of the gorge is the Cave of the Llapatans, while a little above the cave are the ruins of a fortification from the Illyrian-Roman era.
