Daka Wine

The Daka winery is a family winery with a tradition spanning generations, which began about 5 generations ago with Bimë Daka, and was passed on to Ahmet Daka, Haki Daka and Gani Daka. It was licensed in 2008 by Gazmend Daka.

With a production capacity of about 50,000 liters per year, it produces a total of 5 types of wine: Vranac, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Reserve, Chardonnay and Riesling, as well as 4 types of rakia: Grape Rakia with honey aroma, Plum Rakia, Pear Rakia, and Grape Rakia aged over 5 years in oak.

The Daka winery mainly serves the local market (80%), with 20% exported, mainly to Switzerland, Austria, Serbia, Italy and Germany.

It is distinguished by the production of 100% organic bio drinks and their artisanal production. The winery has won about 60 international and local medals for the quality of its products.

The winery currently employs 4 workers and about 40 contracted farmers for the purchase of raw material.
