The Church of St. Sunday in Bërnjak

On the right side of the Prizren-Rahovec road, in a fairly large open space, stands the church of St. Sunday (Shën Dielë). The church building was built in 1852 on the foundations of an earlier church from the 14th century. After the Second World War the building was ruined, and in 1975 the Provincial Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments rebuilt the church on the foundations of the earlier church.
