Ruins of the Church “Holy Saviour” (St. George), Opterushë

The ruins of the church “Holy Saviour” (St. George) are by the old cemetery of the village of Opterushë. The church was placed under protection in 1963. Around the church there are traces of graves with gravestones made of worked stone slabs of rectangular shape. This church belongs to the late Middle Ages and is thought to have been built in the 17th-18th century.
